Karlev is a vertically integrated building company. We design our units, engineer our structural system, fabricate the aluminum spaceframe on a 6-axis robotic line, permit every plan set through California's Factory-Built Housing Program, and assemble units on the customer's lot through a 30-inch opening, without cranes. Every role at Karlev ships to a real home, on a real lot, on a fixed schedule.

We hire against the four disciplines the system depends on. If any of these are your craft, we want to talk, even if we're not actively posting the role today.

• Architecture and product design, from unit typology to finish detailing
• Structural, MEP and Title 24 engineering for HCD-insignia plan sets
• Robotics and factory automation for the 6-axis aluminum spaceframe line
• Field operations: site prep, foundations, assembly and commissioning
• Customer-side operations: Discovery, Documentation, permitting and delivery management
