NO OFFER OR CONTRACT

QUOTES & ESTIMATES

Any estimate, quotation, pricing example, financing illustration, production schedule, manufacturing lead time, installation schedule, projected savings, or project timeline displayed on the Website or communicated before execution of a written agreement is preliminary only.

Final pricing, schedules, and specifications may change based upon engineering review, permitting requirements, customer selections, material availability, market conditions, and other project-specific factors.

No estimate shall be binding unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

ARTICLE 9

PRODUCT INFORMATION

KarLev makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information.

However, specifications, dimensions, finishes, colours, weights, capacities, product availability, manufacturing methods, engineering standards, and technical characteristics may change without notice.

Images are intended to illustrate general product appearance and may not reflect final delivered products.

ARTICLE 10

ENGINEERING INFORMATION

Engineering information published on this Website is intended solely to provide a general overview of KarLev's capabilities.

Actual engineering documents are project-specific and may vary depending upon:

Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed prices do not include applicable taxes, permit fees, engineering costs, utility fees, inspection fees, financing charges, transportation, installation, or optional upgrades.

ARTICLE 12

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All Products and Services are subject to availability.

KarLev reserves the right, without prior notice, to:

  • discontinue any Product;
  • replace materials;
  • improve manufacturing methods;
  • modify specifications;
  • change colours or finishes;
  • substitute equivalent components;
  • revise product designs; or
  • discontinue Services.

Such changes shall not create liability where reasonably required due to manufacturing improvements, supply chain conditions, regulatory requirements, or operational necessity.

ARTICLE 13

CUSTOM MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS

Many Products offered by KarLev are custom-designed, engineered, fabricated, or manufactured specifically for an individual Customer or project.

Because custom Products are manufactured to unique project specifications:

  • they may not be suitable for resale;
  • they may differ from standard catalogue products;
  • they may require project-specific engineering;
  • production may begin shortly after approval of final plans or specifications.

Additional terms relating to cancellations, refunds, deposits, and change orders are governed by the applicable written agreement and any related policies.

ARTICLE 14

ORDERS

Submission of an inquiry, request for quotation, financing application, online form, design request, or similar communication through the Website does not constitute acceptance of an order.

An order shall become binding only after KarLev issues written acceptance or the parties execute a written agreement, as applicable.

KarLev reserves the right to decline, suspend, or cancel an order before acceptance for legitimate business reasons, including suspected fraud, inaccurate information, legal restrictions, product availability, safety concerns, or regulatory compliance.

ARTICLE 15

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users and Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to KarLev is complete, accurate, and current.

  • property ownership information;
  • measurements;
  • photographs;
  • drawings;
  • specifications;
  • site conditions;

KarLev shall not be responsible for delays, additional costs, redesigns, manufacturing changes, permitting issues, or scheduling impacts resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or untimely information supplied by or on behalf of the Customer.

USER ACCOUNTS

Certain Website features may require registration or the creation of a user account.

Users agree to:

  • notify KarLev promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected security incident.

KarLev may provide Customers with access to online portals for project management, document sharing, financing, warranties, scheduling, or customer support.

Portal information is provided as a convenience only.

While KarLev makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information, project status, schedules, and documents displayed in the portal may not always reflect real-time activity.

In the event of any inconsistency between information displayed in the portal and an executed written agreement, the written agreement shall govern.

ARTICLE 18

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By using the Website, you consent to receive communications from KarLev electronically where permitted by applicable law.
