No cranes, no street closures, no boom swinging over the neighbors. How the constraint that sounds limiting is actually what unlocks hillside and narrow lots.
The constraint that unlocks lots
Every component of the spaceframe and every finished panel is sized to pass through a 30-inch opening. That is roughly a side gate. It sounds like a limitation until you realize how many California lots are unreachable for conventional prefab: hillside sites, narrow side yards, properties behind other properties, streets that cannot be closed.
What install week looks like
Components arrive and get assembled on the foundation with smaller equipment and a hand-and-hoist crew. No crane, no street closure, no boom over the neighbors, no live-in crews. The core and shell close up inside the first week.
The rest of the month
Utility connections, interior finish and a final walkthrough follow inside the 1-month on-site window. Because MEP was pre-run and pressure-tested on jigs in the plant, the site work is connection and commissioning rather than construction.
Your yard afterward
Site protection is planned during Discovery. Any minor disturbance from foundation work is restored before we leave. You do not move out for any of this.
