The platform does not change
200, 400, 600, 800, 1000 and 1200 SQFT are all built on the same engineered platform. Structure, envelope, systems and warranty are identical across the range. What changes is footprint and layout, not quality.
Small: 200 and 400 SQFT
Studios, home offices and guest suites. A 400 SQFT unit replacing a garage feels dramatically larger than the number suggests, largely because of 12 to 14 ft ceilings and glazing up to 16 ft wide.
Mid: 600 and 800 SQFT
One to two bedrooms. The 600 is among the most open one-bedroom layouts available; the 800 is our most popular size and the most configurable.
Large: 1000 and 1200 SQFT
Full two-bedroom homes with walk-in closets, suited to multigenerational living or the strongest rental positions. Your lot size, setbacks and local zoning also constrain the answer, which we confirm during Discovery.
