From model to machine
Every project is modeled in full digital detail before a single part is cut, and the model drives the CNC and robotic programs directly. Removing the human translation step between drawing and machine removes the category of error that causes most field rework.
The welding line
A 6-axis robotic line welds the aluminum spaceframe to a plus or minus 0.5 mm tolerance. Panels are bonded to the frame, MEP is pre-run and pressure-tested on jigs, and Marvin Elevate windows are factory-set in the same controlled environment.
Quality built into the line
Components are inspected at each station, assemblies are tested before they leave, and every unit is inspected in-plant by third-party inspectors against the HCD-approved design. Nothing waits for a final walkthrough to be discovered.
Weather is not a variable
No material sits in the rain. No crew works around a storm. No schedule slips because of a wet month. Controlled conditions are why a factory build has a delivery date you can actually plan around.
